Refund and Returns Policy

Our online store has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all of our products. If you are unsure on a product, please ask us on info@malenychocolate.co prior to ordering. Cancellations and refunds are acceptable if your ordered has not been dispatched. We cannot process a refund once your order has left our shop.

  1. All Products are sold on a no return for credit basis unless otherwise agreed by us in our absolute discretion, unless
    1. Subject to this clause, incorrect Products are supplied to You, the Products are faulty or the products are received in a damaged sate.
  2. If the Product delivered in not what you ordered (including any replacement Products), or is not the same with its description or the Product is of an unsatisfactory quality, we will, at our opinion, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid.
  3. Any claims for credit must be made within 3 days of receipt of the Products by emailing info@malenychocolate.co. Please include your online receipt of purchase with this email, failing which any such claims are deemed to be waived.
  4. Should we agree to the return of the Products for credit, you will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be complied with to return the products. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return in a good condition. Maleny Chocolate accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.
  5. Should you be entitled to a refund from ourselves, we will pay the refund within 30 days.
